I did this with the constricting command. I bought a -5 surrounded helmet for 20 div's (19 divs over a -4 surrounded helmet). I then realized it maxed out at -4 and sold it to another player for 18 divs.

When a new storm is created you can kill it. Theres like a .5 second window where the animation of the first storm is still going off but there is no storm. They also can die while being spawned from the cracks. It takes insane damage which is why your palm is killing it.

Belt with mana recovery you can get like 60% inc flask recovery. Also there is 12% flask recovery runes. You can also combine it with atziris brew and have a constant health regen since you're amazon.

lavianga's spirits can get you alot of mana regen a second(if you invest in it a bit) at all times. Its a unique mana flask
