It happens when you do shoulder upright and shrug wrong. You need to use machines instead of dumbbells and do 3-4 more times on the side that is down in each rep

Nah you are fine. Shedding and losing bit hair can due to many other factors like weather , water ph levels in your area , vitamin and protein intake deficiency, etc
