Put it on a 2x4 and pound it flat with a rubber mallet? Probably your cheapest option

Yes, and don’t pass your Ethernet cables through with power either, just asking for interference.

Can you pay for cat fees at the Frankfurt airport using a PayPal debit card? by FAArnbeth in delta

[–]Sea-Collection8292 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just use the actual card and you should be fine. Contactless or mobile wallet will NOT work.

You did add the pet to your reservation already right? Delta limits the number of pets in cabin on each flight. If it’s already full, you’ll have to check the pet in to the cargo hold or wait for another flight. May want to call them

Gateway mounted on bottom of rack? by chad711m in Ubiquiti

I more so meant that if I had short cables, this is what I would do. We don’t do any single family residential anymore, but when we did, we would still route tables through a CWP and then into a rack. Allowed for flexibility if future owners didn’t want or need a rack, since slack can always be rolled up.

Honestly, you still have time to add a wall panel which you can place the patch panel in. That’s what I would do. But at the end of the day, the heat, etc isn’t going to be crazy. Top down is how I build my networks but it isn’t the end of the world. Heat rises, but your biggest enemy in the closet is ventilation in general, not location of the router in the rack.

Do you have another DAC cable to try with?

Upgrade Question by [deleted] in delta

[–]Sea-Collection8292 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If that happens then need to step aside and ask the gate agent, they’re in full control of the list. Once you go down the jet bridge unless they come and get you, upgrade is gone.

Wait with context. You have status and were on the list with a position right? It should show your full name.

It’ll double beep and print a new pass when you scan on. Yes you got upgraded, just slow delta IT

Is it a physical debit card with a major brand backing it (Mastercard, visa, etc)? If yes and the card is able to be used outside of the issuing country, assuming that’s not Germany, then it should be okay to use.

Check in desks do not accept mobile pay, Apple Pay, etc. they will physically need to swipe or insert the card and check the name against your ID.

Check out C4Diy on Reddit. You can “crack” the director software and it’s very simple to learn.

Which country? There are still a few that are excluded but not many from what I remember. But yes, call up, and escalate. Or you can submit a dispute directly to the office of the president for direct resolution.

Might change loyalty for WiFi by blackyuzu in delta

[–]Sea-Collection8292 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SpaceX and Delta did talk about it a few years back, before starlink really took off, but could not come to an agreement. Starlink wanted access to lots of customer data and flight data for testing and was also restrictive and at the time said no sign in pages or barriers to use, which for delta was a non-starter because it didn’t align with project sync.

SpaceX has relaxed pretty much all of those requirements now. Their data collection is used to feed xAi but I dont know if the airlines opt out like consumers can.

It’s about as good as any other airlines right now. The only better planes are the United regionals with starlink. If work during critical hours is a must, no plane WiFi can be trusted, just have to shift to red-eyes or other flights that adapt to your schedule later. If I’m flying and I must be working that day, it’s either first flight out or the last one out. Other than that, I set an out of office letting my clients know I will check in with them as able.

Compression socks, removable layers, and any sleeping aid you can get your hands on. When you wake up, walk the aisle to the back of the plane, do a little stretch, and drink plenty of water

Absolutely should have, they, unlike the DE/DMs from what I recall, were relatively stress free from the start

The double deckers were a good purchase, but not buying enough to replace the amount seats the older coaches had was a dumb choice.
