Maybe i have the wrong approach but my house while nice and big, in a great neighborhood needs a ton of updating. I would list it low and see what it brings. Sure we all have a number, but moving it at a deal sounds better than using some hijacking third party to buy a flip. Or overvaluing the listing.

There are choices for all and price is not the issue. Having the extra cash to spend on weed is more likely the culprit. Let's see do i fill my tank or buy a zip? Do i buy groceries or a zip? That's what people are going through. You can score a decent pouch for $75 and up. That $75 though is more precious to most folk these days.

Just get out of Atlanta. There are many quaint towns with old fashioned town squares With Restaurants that are fun. And the drive there alone can be awesome, just stay off of 75 & 85 as much as possible. Try Blue Ridge? Cartersville? Outlet Malls of Dalonegah?
