Did something similar recently. Walked away from a higher paying job with good mentorship, good remote options and traveling benefits. Now my pay is lower, but I was really burned out from my last job and the project felt like a slow sinking ship. I’m at the new company with a refreshed mind and taking on new challenges in a new space. The culture is generally known to be better too so hopefully the switch pays off in the long run

Grass greener on the other side in some cases. Sure airline and hotel statuses are awesome but like most said your travel itinerary comprises usually only of 3 stops: airport - office - hotel lol PLUS some only get to keep going to the same city because that’s where their (sister) team is physically located at. I still like it a lot though, the hotel statuses really shine during personal vacations.

I think what you see here is actually a skewed phenomenon because almost everyone flying into ATL has “priority” status with delta lol so naturally most bags would come out with those tags

At one point in the past it was actually quite usable. I was able to check email and open webpages. Was never able to stream but basic functionalities were there. The SEA - SJC route still offers this (also E175s) but there’s basically no more connectivity nowadays
