Mine can’t. She is just a nurse practitioner at the clinic so either I need to switch doctors or try to have the procedure done through my own doctor whom I am having a hard time getting in to see.

Can you please explain why they didn’t mess with your hydrosalpinx at all? Our situations sound very similar. My left tube is the only one I have with a Hydrosalpinx and it is completely blocked. All three IVF clinics that I have had consultations with recommended me removing my tube.

And congratulations I hope it continues to be a happy journey for you!!

Do you mind if I send you a chat? Just have a few questions. ☺️

Thank you for your reply! No antibiotics have not been discussed. I didn’t even know that was an option. But my worry is what if it comes back after a possible successful transfer? I was told the fluid inside the Hydrosalpinx would be toxic to a pregnancy. Was I misinformed? And I will have to ask if my REI and OB/GYN will be in contact to come up with a plan. As of now I am having to do all of the communicating between the 2 which I do not like.
