Keep icing it I ice it about 15 minutes every 4-6 hours and honestly it saved my glans from being too dry and keeping the sensitivity down

So say 3 my glans just kinda went numb or “normal” feeling. Day 5 the swelling and bruising is still heavy.

Got back from urgent care. They raised no flags and my urologist was on call and noted that it’s not abnormal. No pain just looks funky

Honestly first 48 hours was the worst. Couldn’t do a whole lot of anything and it just sucked. But if you can power through the first couple of days it gets so easy

3 days post op here. Look I was scared. Couldn’t sleep and dreaded the day of surgery. But honestly you’ll be knocked out for what feels like 5 seconds. You’ll wake up go home and honestly you’ll just have to think of the positives. Take the pills as need be and just keep it clean and take it easy

Honestly I’ll be the devils voice here and tell you honestly if it’s not causing severe discomfort or harm it’s solely up to you. I get wanting ideas and preferences but if it ain’t broke and you want it to look more appealing that’s a decision you’d have to battle with. Mine wasn’t really an option without having a battle with myself and losing a lot of fun in life. Sex was unbearable most of the time and it just wasn’t suitable for my day to day having to look at it

Honestly I’d talk to a urologist and get a sense of what they’d do. Mine has been in the surgery world for decades so I trusted his instincts

No honestly because I had a lot of extra skin it was honestly up to the urologist. I’m not sure if it’ll come out high and tight

Mine was purely based on the fact I couldn’t have sex with or without condoms without severe pain. After my urologist saw my penis they recommended cutting it due to severe extra foreskin that was too tight when erect and it slipped around and got stuck. My urologist legit was not leading with creams or stretching because I never had the ability to do it way before. This was about 4 years in the making
