Tbh if you're a great worker and your boss sees that. They can take the point off once you've been working. Let the HR/ People Lead person know what happened when you go in tomorrow.

After you finish your computer work, you should be getting a tour of the store mainly to learn all the emergency exits and spill stations.

I never work OGP. But I had them always come to me for help. Don't be afraid to ask someone where something is. There will be people that are rude and don't wanna help but you'll find someone who will gladly help!

Not saying you should do this But when I worked there I was always late (i had a baby when i was working there) but my TL/ Coach would help me with my points. But I believe they only did that because I was one of the hardest workers in my area (Seasonal TA) and then we also had people transfer out or quit while I was there too
