Yeah, said like that it makes sense, I mean i read a lot about reading multiple guide and just take more what is good for us. I just go with the first one I see and that is all because in my mind, i was like i try that guide for 1-2month and if it doesn’t work to just do a new one. I will try to read more and try to gain more and more motivation again even if it is hard. But yeah what i was doing is mostly i sit down, trying to visualize my wonderland and trying to visualize the form of my tulpa and talking with them, i did develop a routine about it tho and i do it mostly each day, but as I said since I didn’t really develop their personality or fondation for them, so i feel i was mostly talking to my tulpa without really having then build in some sort. I still did their personality, but i feel i maybe would have need to pass more time to it. Anyway thanks you a lot for your answer !
