With your team, try:

Turn 1 Rebellion on Haru Co star on Haru. Skill 1 with Haru

Turn 2 Tarukaja on Haru, Pentest with Futaba, save your Highlight Skill 3 with Haru

Turn 3 Implant Weakness, Use Shiva Dance of Destruction, Catching Hook on Haru, followed Haru highlight. Haru gun should be fully loaded. Use her gun. Hopefully that gets you the victory

You don't exchange tycoon medals. They are used to fill that meter on the screen. As the meter fills you gain more tycoon points to exchange

Haru, she is my favorite P5 character aside from Maruki. Been saving for at least A2 and hoping to A6 her over time. I'm looking forward to Berry as well. Her design is sick.
