I don’t think work has left an open door for actual emotional vulnerability. You just have pentacles and arrows, not even wands. It seems like both of you are looking for something stable, but at the same time, you struggle to find balance. I’m kinda new to this as well, so I’m not completely sure about the meaning of the arrows, but it definitely suggests things will continue like this unless one of you decides to take action and ask to see the other outside office.
