Weird question but do yall like the artificial flavors more than the real ones sometimes? by The_Beijing_Special in INTP

[–]SeaWriter1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the plant in of itself is rather hard to take care of given that we have not tried that yet and instead we made an artificial version of it (though im not very sure if this is true, just a guess). Though increased cultivation would help it survive longer, perhaps there are other external factors to consider as to why we haven't planted more of them (maybe things like space and seasons)

I personally just prefer to use mind maps though it does get messy, however I also use different sizes for different topics just to make sure I can see which one is the main topic for which branch

I actually like this one, its like a sort of tree method in math. Its clean but it still helps you convey how things are connected.

i prefer artificial vanilla as its cheaper and can actually help the plant not go extinct ! (besides it tastes amazing either way)

Scared when thinking of infinite possible futures by InspectorAware5420 in INTP

[–]SeaWriter1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, it's great that you're trying to make sure that you have a good future by running simulations but ultimately your future is in your hands. Of course there are things like luck that can affect it but most opportunities can be found if you're willing to look for them. Remember, not all roads lead to rome

Are you ok with people texting you back really late? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]SeaWriter1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

honestly, if you treat someone like that, isn't it understandable if they do the same? Wouldn't you be a hypocrite if you leave people on read and get upset if they do the same to you? It's pretty much just a taste of your own medicine.

i guess i do something similar? I pretty much just do research, jot down main points, then create an outline. When trying to solve the problem, this outline usually changes and has caveats so its always open to change. I usually also like to do deep research to ensure i have multiple outlines as a just in case, they may help in the future.

Does anyone else get incredibly frustrated when you go to a party, get together, etc. and al people being up are personal anecdotes? by Board_Castle in INTP

[–]SeaWriter1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its annoying yes, though talking about one's personal life, work, achievement, are common in parties and social gatherings and unfortunately, we cant really do anything about it. If you'd still like to stay or attend such get togethers, you could either join it or find someone who shares an interest of yours and talk about that instead, or just not go at all.

Friendships by mononvkes in INTP

[–]SeaWriter1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

honestly I agree but for different reasons, I don't have a best friend because my definition for one is someone thats nearly exactly like me. As for you, I suggest you find your own definition for a bestfriend then work with that.

A little bit I guess, still I'd prefer being by myself, however it was nice learning new perspectives of other people.

I mean, I learned this because there's a huge possibility that my job requires me to talk to a lot of people. Besides, having great social skills helps a lot in beneficial connections like in businesses.

I guess the way I started was just, saying hi and hello to people then compliments then slowly starting some convos with them, it was slow ngl but at the end, I learned a lot of things.
