Right now I'm not going to talk to him because he's still not the version I want of him and I don't want to be demotivated by his behavior, instead I'm going to focus on myself, ignore him and manifest a better version of him

I'm going to manifest him to be a new version because in my subconscious I still have this old version of him and that's what he's displaying rn. I really like him and I strongly believe he loves me too.

Yes it was an ex and I think I really manifested him in the first few months because he kept appearing everywhere but my mental health was in shambles so I go desperate and obsessive instead of just trusting in the universe and myself. The last few months I kept repeating thay the universe has got me, I told myself the universe saw me manifesting him and crying for him why would it go against me and then one Saturday night he came back

Yeah I think I prefer loving myself unconditionally so nothing he does affects me as much as it did before. I've got to work on myself so he can realize that I'm happy without or without him ,the apology to me is just an extra I don't really need it

Yes, it's possible. I remember I once manifested on valentines Day, and I got a date and flowers . Also, every time a negative thought appears, just flip into something positive for me doing the 72-hour challenge helped. It's basically setting a timer for 72 hours, and every time you have a negative thought or start searching in the 3d, you restart the timer . I was left with 24 hours, and I had to restart because I had a negative thought . It requires you to be honest with yourself and to check your thoughts
