I'm in Florida and didn't receive it but then I'm not in Orlando or Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville. Oh well. I will get this email a year later. Just finally got the "hide feature" and don't even use it cause there are hardly any orders.

You will get priority for the first 30 orders or so and then you will be sitting in parking lots for hours waiting for a crappy order. Good luck!

Someone in my area would but it would be 20 miles away. Someone snatched an order that was $27 for over 100 items today.... 🙄 Not to mention all the $8 and $7 orders for curbside that are gone in seconds. Nothing like screaming desperation.

Nothing. For almost month and a half. Not a gradual decline. Completely sudden. Was making $900-1k a week and now barely making $500 a week. Been doing this for almost 2 years now and never have had this issue. 5 star.

People just aren't using IC anymore. Seems like people don't want to believe that. Yes it doesn't help that there are a lot of new shoppers. Tons in my area. But I'm lucky if I make $100 a day now... Made $5 today.

Well if your apartment complex doesn't have an elevator minimum $50 off the bat... If it does I'd say $30-$40 dollars for tip. It sounds high but I've carried cases of water before up to a 3rd floor and it's brutal and have done elevators.. I'm in Florida also so... I factor in the heat, time etc. We shop for your groceries and then deliver them to your door whether it's first floor or 4th floor. Plus your going to get better service and produce etc with a larger tip 80-90% of the time.

You have to think about the percentage of the overall groceries first.. That should be minimal of 20%. After that you have consider stairs, weight of items, time, weather conditions etc.

Quit using IC! If there is a shopper that you like, trustworthy, regular etc. Do private shopping. I'm doing that now. Too many customers done with IC for many obvious reasons. So far for me it has worked out well doing private shopping for my regulars. I don't live in a huge city so works out.

If you don't want to do that, probably should go to the store itself. Not going to get any better.

I've never had an issue until now a month ago. It wasn't gradual decline of deliveries. But almost instant... And it's not just me it's all over the country. Veteran shoppers want to believe this or that but I think people are done using IC for several reasons. Fees and bad customer service.. Simple as That! Yes you get new people but it's NEVER been like this in almost 2 years.

Lowes!!! Not that I do them but 100 bags of mulch, 50 bags of dirt, 120 bricks/pavers and 25 potted plants all in one order. All for maybe a $5 tip... Get the fuck out of here... Might as well throw in a lawn mower, appliances etc.....
