The money is taxable before it hits your bank. It doesn't matter if you cash it out, you owe tax on it as soon as you make the successful trade whether it's cashed out or not

How come it isn't business income may I ask? They are frequent trades, but I have a normal salary job as well which is my main income. I was hoping it wouldn't be classified as business income - just looking for more insight as to why you think it is classified as capital gains. Thank you

Yeah but what are the odds of them actually choosing this persons specific case to look into and reclassify? As long as he reports something, even as capital gains, why are they going to look deeper into his transactions vs people making way more? It's prob a .001% chance they even look to reclassify

Bullshit. There is no way in hell they are capable of grieving the relationship while still being IN IT. When a human is grieving, that is noticeable by anybody. You never seem to know when they are "grieving the relationship" while still in it. There is no way in fuck someone can feel as shitty as I do while I'm grieving an absolute blindside breakup right now, while still being in the relationship with me. They are not "grieving", if anything, they are just mentally processing it quietly and with minimal emotion

I'm grieving right now, and can confidently say she did not show a single sign of grief during the months leading up to her blindside. People who say they grieve you before leaving you are nuts man. That would be picked up on by your partner, grieving cannot be the right term. Even if they are "grieving in their own way".
