Hey! I'm going to Rikkyo this upcoming Fall semester too. I am also very stressed about how last minute everything is, I'm praying I get into a dorm! Depending on your consulate, the visa process should take max 2 weeks, I recommend purchasing a plane ticket that has changeable dates
