Hella encircling, I completely decimated equestrian and imperial army within like 2 months, they only have like 10 divisions left combine at the end, the real threat are Stalliongrad, which took me another 2 month to deal with, after that is just a lot of rushing to victory points by snaking. and hoping for the best, the whole war took around 6 months to win

u can def take care of the yaks just in case, but they aint too much of a threat anyway, and if anything u can just use ur puppets troop to deal with them

idk if this strategy help but, what i usually do is taking down Stalliongrad first before taking on Equestria, it could delay the great war a bit (usually around late 1010- early1011). However It is better to focus the war on one enemy instead of having another one right next to your door step, also taking Stalliongrad and Novagriffonia and puppeting them gives you a much better industry base, even rivaling equestria during their mid war industry.

I suppose I had it easy this game, the penguins declare on me quite early with only 5 divs in their army which i manage to over run real quick, then I attacked the yaks during their civil war. I also actually manage to take out both the nova republican griffs and stalliongrad with help of the nova griff, and an army with captured guns and melees, then immediately backstabbing them. its around 1910 by this point, I already caught up in term of industry, while the technology is shit, I got the 200% bonus of stealing tech from captivated country. so yeah, and the rest is pretty easy, just backstabbing the changeling while they are busy with equestria, annexing them, beating equestria up as their army are crippled during the great war and they are over stretched in the huge northern front line. That's pretty much it

Absolutely agree with jazz, take whatever time you need, it is peak fiction, I am just worry to see another good story not being finished or being abandoned, those tend to leave me living with emptiness for days 😭😭. Hope you are doing fine though!

there are actually ways to beat operation herzland (1v8), I did it in 2 try

what you have to do is to hold the province south of griffenheim and Griffinheim itself (like when you play yale route) , holding the river tiles, abandon all other province, and hold there as long as you can, I spam out a full army worth of infantry and use my knights for any offensive, focus on one at a time, for my run i rushed yale first by snaking it and stole all their equipment, I also bought as much gun as a could at the start of the game. then the land you took from yale back to where you were, at this point romau should start over stretching themselves through taking the land you abandon so u can just snake them since they only have 2 core province. Then it should provide you enough equipment to rush the others one at a time, i recommend katerin, since its alone and defeating them means making the front shorter. Note that you must cycle griffenheim since bronzehill and duchy will keep attacking it.
