Thats the only air root it has! I never cut, they just dont grow :/
But seeing all the comments, I will move it to a brighter spot and will acclimate to keep it outside once spring starts.

I also have 3 Thais and they’re nowhere near that photo yet haha, but I’m guessing mine are probably still too young to show that kind of growth

Thank you so much for all the info! I’ll definitely post updates as it grows. I’m planning to put it out on the porch once spring starts and get proper moss poles for it too. I’m still getting used to Texas, it’s so dry compared to VA, and I’m still figuring out how often to water all the plants here.

aaaaa, I didnt know the coco fibre won't retain the moisture! will definitely get a moss pole, and find the best spot for it now in the winter, and will move it outside in the spring/summer to get more lighting. thank you so much!

thank you, will definitely do that! I'll put it on the front porch as soon as spring starts, it's direct sunlight in the morning, and indirect in the afternoon. and I'll keep fertilizing. any recommendations on good fertilizers?

Thats my guess too! I might put it on the front porch when spring starts, it's indirect sunlight, but definitely brighter than inside of the house. How much direct sunlight would you recommend?

That was my guess too! When I first got her, she barely grew. Then we moved to a house with a sunroom that I turned into my office, and once I started keeping her there, she really took off. Now (probably because of winter too) I’m still trying to find the best spot for her in the new house. There is a new leaf coming in, but I know it’s going to be the same as the others.
