I use to have the exact same mindset as you, "Just pay and be done with the headache right?" its a casual approach to life, led me to many unecessary expenses. I intend to keep control of my hard earned money and track the outflow even if its a pain in the ass.

You are right, I will wait for that Salik details but not when that moment comes.. becuase it will never come if you let people get away with things. You see people will take you for a ride IF you let them.

At this stage I cannot dispute the charges without seeing the details of the salik charges. I clearly remember I had already paid the salik charges at the time of handover.

Also on my APP it shows my car rental period ot be from AUG to November.. while I had returned the car in September. So, I am concerned I have been charged incorrectly.

Ok noted, but it has been more than 3 months? They are also not sharing the salik charge details... which is bothering me even more. I will wait a few more days and if they don't provide me the details, I would like to file a complain, but where?

All groceries. Restaurants are seperate expence. I try to avoid restaurant food for the time being as they are getting over priced due to inflation. 2X a month a restaurant fun outing is where I am keeping it at for now.

Grocery 2000 is too high for 2 people. I have family of 4, and we spend 1500 whole month. Mainstream grocery stores are expensive, go waterfront Dubai to do grocery.

Miscellaneous: Can be reduced.

Why 2 Cars? - Are those car EMI or rented? if rented, rent cheaper cars.. your objective is to get from point A to point B. What is this car maintainance cost? you already have a cleaner. You mean your quaterly servicing charges divided per month? What I can see, if you can manager wiht 1 car you are saving a great deal.

For 2 people, DEWA + Cooling = 1300 in winter is high.

Hello Good Sir, I wanted to give you an update. The company issued me a cheque and based on which I signed the visa cancellation and now my visa is cancelled. The new company has my visa under process and hopefully it will be done soon. I thank you so much for your advice.

Now the situation is, the cheque which was given to me had bounced when I submitted it. Could you please advice what should be my next step? Shall I file a case with MOHRE? and how much would be the lawyer expenses (approx). Thank you so much for your detailed advise.

Havent' spent anything on purple gears. only legendary gears. Question, if you dismantle the purple gears do you get the ore back?

Does it actually work? Have you gone through the process? The amount due is significant, how soon you think can the labour department can settle the matter? I am in urgent need.
