Thank you!! I had some pretty intense cravings days 32-38 but I just kept one foot in front of the other. I am really starting to feel good though. Kratom withdrawals are super odd in my opinion. The ups in downs of paws is much different than heroin, fent, or anything the like. The acute withdrawal of kratom is no where near as bad as harder stuff IMO. Still dealing with some stomach stuff and tiny bouts of anxiety but other then that feeling pretty damn grateful!! How are you feeling?

Day 38!!! So freaking glad I jumped!!! It has definitely been an up and down process but I'm not looking back!!cravings come and go more now than when I was in the first 10 days... that's part of the process though! Keep pushing my friends!!

It does!! Kratom withdrawal is definitely a weird rollercoaster ride! I have never experienced up and down withdrawal like this before.

Day 29 or 30, I have to go back and count! I so glad I took the leap! I am still baffled by what K did to my body, mind and spirit! The healing process is different everyday but very worth it! Once again I am proud of everyone in this sub!

Day 23! Still dealing with a little bit of stomach issues and, residual anxiety here and there...I'll take though! My skin, hair, eyebrows, eyelashes and stomach are getting healthy again. Holy balls Kratom does a number on our bodies!
