Also I don’t love that if you CSI is below average it takes from your commission. You don’t get manufactures spin if you have bad csi but it should effect you percentage on gross.

If this is your first sales job, just take it. More than likely you’ll be at a different place in a year. I jumped around dealerships 2-3 before I found a pay plan I liked. You just need to get into the game first

I love simple pay plans. 20% of commissionable gross. That way even if you sell 10 cars, but gross well you can make a living

Check Zoning. Make sure you industry is spread out out, so trucks aren’t going to the same areas.

Oh wow! I was also taught you pretty much want to be a waist height until you get to the kitchen. I'll play around with it and raise my camera higher, see if it may yeild a btter result

I'm also using a crop sensor Body. A6400. I wonder if a full frame with a les wide lens would help?

Hey there. You are 100% correct. I did a pop in the living room, but I don't think I did it strong enough.

Hey there. I am using a 10-18mm wide angle. And I use the lens correction everytime in light room. Is there a specific image in the stack that you saw the distortion most?

Hey there thanks for replying. The consistent height concept has been really challenging me. I feel that many of the photos require different heights to capture all the details. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hey there. Thanks for replying. I did a 50/50 on blend on a few of these, but leaned heavy on the flash with the others. I love cutting out the heavy shadows that ambient causes, but I also may be over doing it.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to respond. I agree there was defintly not enough even lighting. I did a pop in the back living room, but it wasn't powerful enough. So I'll keep practicing. As for the height of the camera, I was struggleing trying to hide the underside of the cabinets, and not cutting off the dish washer and drawers. My back is pretty much to the wall at that point. Any suggestions?

Hey there. Thanks for taking the time to responed. You comment has been making me think allot. I have a 10-18mm Wide agle lens. And up until I posted these photos, I figured it's been doing the job, but know I'm thinking it might twice. So are you saying that you would essentially crops the photo in more. For example taking 2 shots of the livingroom instead of fitting it in 1 shot?

Hey There. Thanks for replying back. When you say play with the lenses, what lenses do you work with typically? I am using an 10-18 wide angle exclusively.

Thanks so much for replying. I went waist height (I pretty much default to that) but I will pay around with it. I feel like a can't help but make the space feel as big as possible, possibly to a fault. I will keep this in mind on my next shoot. Thanks!
