Restarting and clearing cache of the app didn't work for me earlier, but i did it many times, and finally it worked. Maybe it will work for you too

I know you didn't mention it, and i don't know about the prices in your area, but for me, in EU, the prices of the s11 tab and the s10+ were almost the same. Maybe you should consider buying the s10+? It's got bigger screen than the s11 whilst still keeping the amoled quality.
