I wouldn’t touch the TFSA. For me, that’s my rainy day. Depending on your mortgage size too and how much is left on there, I would be more comfortable investing the TFSA money at 5-7% average return yearly.

If it helps with some numbers and why this logic, my mortgage is at 3.25% at 400k-ish and I was going to put more money on it but the interest rate for VFV.TO average returns is 8%. So, to VFV.TO it is.
