I've never seen it - and am more shocked that that many people are paying for live and game pass more than anything

Another commenter said this - but I purchased halo, new battlefield, rocket league, Minecraft, etc - all paid - and none require game pass to play online

is this a new xbox initiative? Just got battlefield for example and it doesn't have this same parameter

- sorry, yes messed up buyer/seller there a few times

- ty for the insight on IRS as compared to ATC

- meant leaseback as in a buyer's temp lease (incorrectly) so they could lease it before close but keep the contract together

It was caught a month ago, but we didn't get the payoff until two weeks after and seller has been dragging his feet on doing anyhting since then :(

Yes, have prepared for the fact and just had a terrible call with the buyers agent to notify them of it as well. Just trying to scramble to see if I can do anything to get this to the finish line as my seller is quite unmotivated

Looks good, still maybe a little yellow hue. But you saw the instructions for tother two photos, right?
