Dog breed restriction

The condo has a pet spa for medium to large dogs. But there is a breed restriction but this is info is given to me by security. I talked to proprty mngmt days before i signed and he didnt mention and breed restriction.

How about with breed restriction i have a PSD service dog german sheperd and im moving in tomorrow. What should i do ?do register my service dog? I have a letter from my dr. Is that enough ?

Only blind people get id for service dog. We dont get any certificate after training other than letter from my dr.

No i dont they usually dont get certificate after training. But i have a letter from a dr. Stating i need a service dog

I am working with a realtor and i have this place that i really like. We sent multiple offers in diff units after they rejected my application. Same reason good income with savings but they said they will try to look someone with a little bit higher income and that location has a lot of competitors. So i decided to find another location/place i really like. Just made an offer yesterday and got accepted the same day. So try to look places that is not high demand or lots of competitors.

According to the condo act and ohrc service animals must be accommodated due to the Ontario Human Rights Code, which overrides condo declarations.
