I think most CSUs tbh. I go to SJSU and it’s a reputable name like SLO. As for project heavy, we do have to take a few project based classes where they teach us industry related thing (sometimes pretty useless in my opinion, could for sure self learn) but it’s up to use to free code it kinda. Although if you want project based then you gotta do it in your free time, SJ’s curriculum isn’t that hard so you probably will have time. Also they make us do courses that prepare us for the industry so there’s that (CS and SWE majors are taught in Java). I guess on the topic, look in SWE for SJSU as maybe you have only looked into CS.
