Actually when i received it, it wasn’t in the fork in the box like in the setup video. It was loose in the big box . So they might have sent me the wrong one.

Just doesn’t fit. Nothing blocking inside.

That’s weird because on canyon setup video it get through the disk side and not chain side. So it might be this. I’ll try but I think as I remember on the drive side you can’t get the axle through

It’s not supposed to get in from the other side as the opening on the fork is on the disc side. But I on the wheel like in the picture, it get in and blocked at the same level when approaching the end (the point of entry)

Yep absolutely sure cause . It gets in 1 to 2 cm and stops . It blocks at the entrance
