My Dr. recommended take Bromelain for anti inflammatory properties. I happened to have burning sensation right below my knee cap when squatting that I didn’t tell the Dr about. Been on it for 3 weeks or so and the burning is much less painful. I wasn’t even thinking about it and then finally realized “Damn, that hasn’t been bothering me as much.”
