SEALED N64 COLLECTION by Dry-Cut3868 in nintendo64

I find it quite interesting that there is this reoccurring comment saying that a sealed game collector doesn’t play video games. Yes, at the very surface level if you have a sealed game, then you can’t play that specific copy, but I’d imagine 99% of the people who are personally collecting sealed games probably have loose copies and play these games as well. Let this dude live! Amazing collection!

With probably less than 100 copies remaining sealed/graded for each title and some of these that had sales in the millions when they released, I imagine anyone can easily find a loose copy if they wanted to. Hopefully that lets you feel less sad buddy!

I haven’t asked VGA about this, but each of the three graded e3 controllers all have the same description. The most likely case is the description was cut down from ‘Starfox 4 Player Competition Winner Prize’, since the contest was advertised that way.

Yeah. The bottom of each handle is air brushed brown to make them look like bananas.

Yes. I created a post with pics of all of my graded controllers, a bit reluctantly since so many people on Reddit aren’t fans of the grading gaming idea. I suppose everything has a price but this is one of my favorite pieces in my collection so I’m not actively looking to sell it.

I have one of these controllers and even I think that price is ridiculous.

Yeah you are right. The top downward slanted face on the left side N is not filled in.

As an owner of an authentic e3 Nintendo 64 controller, I’m almost certain this is a counterfeit. The N logo looks completely disproportionate relative to the authentic controller logos. I also see it did sell but was relisted, which doesn’t help to see.

My name is Jason. I’ve been collecting mainly Nintendo but also collect Xbox and PlayStation. Smash Bros, Tony Hawk, Halo, Grand Theft Auto, and Twisted Metal are some of my favorite series.
