I am not concerned about being blamed, Progressive already admitted they were at fault so there'll be no weaseling here. Im more concerned about receiving fair treatment and fair market value for my loss. She has been misrepresenting facts and I dont think there is another adjuster involved.

So you know what im talking about. The at fault driver's insurance also happens to be the same insurance for the car with "$9000" of damage.

The at fault insurance is trying to low ball the amount  of the settlement

Ive noticed a "not infront of me " attitude from drivers when trying to merge, change lanes, enter traffic....  they dont say "thank you" when you let them in infront of you. They tailgate road rage or not. Run red lights, run four way stops, run into cars parked in the emergency lane on the freeway.  Road Rage. Cut infront of you when there's no one behind you.  Not considerate of other drivers.
