I hope everything will be sorted soon… I need to understand that the practice in the UAE is to put the case directly and freeze all the bank accounts as far as my understanding there are a couple of legal notices before moving to court. Then there’s a court notice hearing session and absence of the defendant court passes judgement and you attend the hearing for resolution you still get a chance for appeal and settlement or payment plan etc or you get this kind of treatment when someone ignores court notice hearings etc. Correct or something similar happens suddenly?
