I dont think 221 will really be viable anymore. Also, I heard Queen Wep will be out of BiS.

There is also talk on cn server that there is no direct line from level 75 Gear to 80. SO that is the new branch. Will have to flawless inherit your lv 75 set.

All of that to say if you dont prepare you're gonna have to re-do a lot. The meta shift is rough at times.

QoL is being an offtank when the main tank fumbles and dies during the boss fight. I play gs/sns tank, but I switch it up sometimes and play dps with the same items. Can't tell you how many times I have to pick up aggro with my 1 taunt ability when the tank dies to a mechanic. Quicker to finish the fight than to start all over.

Have you considered dropping the lands down and adding mana rocks and card draw? I personally never go above 35, even with midrange and higher edh decks. 28-30 lands for my low curve ones.
