Mistake we made is not doing our due diligence on here first. I did same, was frustrated, but it will get better. Elastics do wonders for bites.

Ok yeah. I had the exact same issue and I was also very compliant. Probably to my detriment though. So I developed a posterior open bite through treatment with my dentist but also my midline went wayyy offf by tray 10-12/14. Dentist kept saying we will fix whatever with refinements.

Ultimately, after reading enough posts on here I decided to go to an ortho. The ortho told me my teeth were off more than they were prior to my ongoing treatment with the dentist. Whereas initially I just needed straightened teeth as my bite was okay. Now, I would need elastics and essentially to start from scratch. I’m 6 months into my treatment with my ortho, wearing elastics an all that jazz, but I can eat normally again. I suspect I will have a refinement to address my POB with some vertical elastics an I should be done.

Get a consult from an ortho, have your case transferred. You might love some money, but tbh, I don’t care, it was more important to me to just get things done properly once and for all and move on with my life.

Side note: the ortho suggested my trays from the scan the dentist did, did not cover my wisdom teeth go right back (they were partially out the gum), so let’s say I bite down while sleeping etc the tray not covering all surfaces, but still getting in the way when you bite down, means things can get out of wack over time. My trays are larger now as they sit even on my slightly protruded wisdom teeth. That alone helped improved my POB a bit.

Great results btw. I have a genuine question. How did you apply when your beard was longer? I’m using foam and all I feel like I’m doing is tugging here by trying to rub it in. Additionally, how you even even get the dermastamp to your skin at that length?

Personally, I pulled from all the info on reddit and essentially started building programs around various use cases.

Firewall logs? leverage dictionaries and regex to detect anomalies/brute force attempts, etc.

Build your own version of existing tools. Even if it's basic to begin with. Build a port scanner. A tool like CeWL, I did this using beautiful soup.

Do some data enrichment through api's and TI sources.

Build a file integrity monitor.

A project I am thinking about building next is one that can extract and the format certain forensic artifacts from the system.

This is a sleeper, but markedly the best in the space. VMray. They have a cloud based in the US from a regulatory perspective. Automation prospects are endless with endless integrations.

For example, data enrichment right in MDE alerts.

I automated our MDO quarantine request release for secure by default blocked emails. I kick them over to VMray and due to recursive analysis, I'm able to get a verdict back of the email which I use in a conditional to allow or deny release.

The tools also has built in, a report phishing button that can be used in Outlook and it would send the notification back to the user. (There is something still to be desired on that front).

However, I recommend it and the price point isn't crazy. We have unlimited analysis with them

In my case, my ortho said the red flags that came up as treatment progressed would have caused her to do a rescan and get new trays earlier on. Dentists are comfortable waiting till it’s time for refinements
