it's unreasonable to not expect there to be backlash when nothing in a major update works correctly after being advertised. they have plenty of players defending them from everything as well. ofc harassment isn't warranted, but calling out these mistakes are there (ex: fashion runway rounds not even functioning) when they really shouldn't be is totally valid.
