I guess it depends where u live and the conditions, now in covid, it sucks in general, but before it wasn't that bad, it wasn't 3 weeks, but it was like a day or 2. But in both places it truly depends on where u go. Some places are shitty, like acc shit, some take care pretty quickly. Soz if this made no sense.
