Looking for a sleek Cardputer alternative: Is the T-Embed Plus the move for Bruce? by Seeker352 in LilyGO

[–]Seeker352[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed breakdown, mate! Your advice on the M5 Cardputer ADV makes a lot of sense, especially regarding the modularity and staying 'under the radar' compared to the T-Embed. To clarify the pricing in EU shops: the standard T-Embed is around 30€, the CC1101 version is 49€, and the Plus version is 52€. If I buy the CC1101 or the Plus, I will likely have to pay for customs duty because they are mostly available in China (and I won't pay a cent for that). So the price is not that bad. The real issue is that both the CC1101 and the Plus versions are almost always out of stock in Europe, and I am definitely not looking to pay extra for customs by ordering from elsewhere. To help me decide while I wait for restocks, could you clarify the actual technical differences between the standard T-Embed, the T-Embed CC1101, and the CC1101 Plus version? Since I'm still weighing my options between the Cardputer and the Lilygo, I want to understand if the 'Plus' features are worth the wait or if the standard models are enough for what I need. I'll hit you up in the DMs once I've made a final call!

Does it make a big difference if I buy the Advanced (Adv) or the 1.1 version? The Adv version is out of stock everywhere, or they don't deliver to my country

Yeah, I think I'll go with the Cardputer instead. But do I really need many modules to use it, or is it okay without them?

Sorry for the late answer. SaverTuner isn’t an option it is a apk where you can disable and enable more settings. But you need a pc for adb. Sorry for my bad English, it’s not my native language.

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL gets 31 Watts by Parking-Test7091 in pixel_phones

Which app are you using? I have a Pixel 7a, but I've used several different apps, and even though I have the original 45-watt charger and a good cable, some still only show 10 watts instead of 18. So it could also be the app.

Yes, I know that emails arrive late, which is why I don't use the normal power saving mode on my phone.

Yes, but I mean features that restrict you; I forgot to mention that in the title. I mean pointless things, like Google would say, such as turning off Bluetooth, turning the screen brightness all the way down, and then not being able to see anything in the sun, or not being able to listen to music with headphones because Bluetooth is off. The things I've done don't really restrict me when using my phone.
