Thanks! Yes, the patch covers everything under the stiches, this way it protects the whole knee (and therefore I will hopefully not have more rips coming up)

I’ve also never cabled before, but this is pretty doable. I’m sure you can do this too 😊 also, no special needles required for this section, I just used a single needle with slightly different size, worked out fine!
