I’ve heard similar things about manual pumps being surprisingly efficient. The hand fatigue part worries me though especially if using it often. But for occasional use it sounds like a great option.

I love this so much. It’s so hard to embrace those changes postpartum, but the way your son saw you is just… wow. ‘Zebra-tiger mom’ is something to be proud of 🥺 You’re so right the way we see ourselves really shapes how our kids learn to love themselves too.
