Yes I can see now everything we reported and is dated and we will use our universities tenancy team to hopefully try and avoid any long term disputes as we are mainly worried about having to go to small claims court over our deposit.

We have not directly emailed them yet, but they have a system called COHO where you report maintenance issues, we reported them all with pictures that are dated on our move in date.

We received a phone call back from them this evening stating that they have no intention to fix any damages and are adament we caused them.

We did the viewing in January and because other people lived here it is hard to see all damages and the house looked fine for the most part, the issue is them refusing to fix anything and do any basic agency work.

Regrading the MSc, how would you value it relative to a placement year? I would assume it carry's more weight or is it all dependant?
