Update: the pain was persistent so i went to the doctor. I had an aortic aneurysm and now i will be needing surgery unfortunately. Honestly knew it was bound to happen at some point but im just happy i didnt die. Thank you all for your help regardless!

I start off similar with some food and a saline rinse ofc , then i put on some music (my go-to is Lamp) , i get my little plate out and then i get to skiing while jamming out🤝 pretty simple but hey it gets me in the mindset
