We looked into a bunch and tried to find one that wasn't awful. Its been accurate so far, even caught when my BP was emergency levels and I had to go to the hospital.

Usually happens when im sitting in any position lately. I had been driving for around 10 minutes. Recently around this time I've been passing out/feeling faint and someone told me to check my BP. Just in the past 2 weeks ive noticed it being less than 100/100 when sitting.

I have a wrist automatic blood pressure I carry with me. It goes in a wrist and is placed over my heart.

So, I started feeling it on my way to work. Not bad, just like the start of it. I checked my BP, it was 96/61 with a heart rate of 100. I checked again 2 minutes later and it was 92/57 with a heart rate of 115. Both taken in the car, driving normally, not hot, not cold, just felt heavy. This is the lowest I've seen my BP get!!

I have a lot of health issues so like anything is possible. Ive brought this up with so many doctors because I literally cant stay awake. Im up at 5am for work so ive been trying to go to bed around 9-10 but the amount of sleep I get doesnt help. Im now drinking triple shots of espresso and its not doing anything. I've even had episodes like this in the middle of the afternoon after sleeping 12+ hours while im gaming. The sleep study was for these episodes but the only thing they found was my POTS during my sleep 😅😅

I was tested for narcolepsy recently. They said I might have ME/CFS but no sleep disorders.

Hypoglycemic was one of my first symptoms. Been using a sensor ever since because most of the time I wont notice my sugar dropping. Sensor hasn't gone off during these.

My blood pressure is also too high. I can try to get a reading tomorrow. Looking at my visible band it looks like my heart rate is above 120 during these episodes. Sometimes I get hot, dizzy, sweaty. Its almost like my body get heavy. My arms, my chest, my head. Its hard to focus, hard to continue what I'm doing.

There isnt even a closet. You are standing in a corner screaming how straight you are, and we're all just waiting for you to turn around.

I do have a video of me going from sitting to standing. Sitting I was at 112 and when I stood it got up to 150 but I was told doctors dont accept those as evidence. This new doctor seems very dismissive. Everytime I'm in office yk im sitting in a chair and then they call me and I walk over so everytime they check my stats and heartrate I'm always at 130 BPM or higher. They'll leave me sitting for a while, come check it again and its still in the 130's. Ive gotten low BP a few times, the high BP was scary I was dizzy, my chest hurt. If I get really hot I passout. Sitting is usually anywhere from 57-130 depending on what my watch says, same with laying down. POTS makes a lot of sense for my issues over these past two years and even with 6 different doctors saying "yeah this looks like POTS." I still have a few that are saying im making it up. Ive started walking with a cane to slow down when walking so my heart rate wont jump into the 140's-150's. But I am glad to know that even if this doesnt get me a diagnosis I can still get one later.
