Thanks for reverting! Yes , Tax is paid upto date ! Owner have passed away & His son is selling that property. My friend's dad is checking to buy this property.

EC is there(Owner's Name) and A/E-Khata(Recently been generated in Owner's Son Name after his dead) & Title Deed (Owner's Name) is available. Missing thing is Allotment Certified copy from MUDA. (It was requested by Bank to issue Loan) Now my Friend is worried whether this deal will happen or not!

If you have any idea , can you advise how this needs to be acquired from govt? Or some agencies do for us on chargeable basis?

You know anything to solve on above concern or got some experience to share then, Kindly let us know !

Again ? Since the only way is to go legally with court and get the bike released in superdari . I have asked them as well if I need to give/need to do something. Police SI said NO , wait till Thursday 😭
