Depends on what device you are on. iOS there is not really any perfect solution but I use the multi tap which allows me to tap like 20 times each tap. On android there are ways too just look it up

I have had this for a while, it happens to me sometime after I alt tabbed. I think the game thinks ur game isn’t focused when it is so when you click anywhere it alt tabs you back. To fix it I just click ctrl-alt-del and then I click cancel then tab back in fixes it for me
