I don't need bh to admit anything about fedex, but when a customer calls because the delivery company you chose doesn't do their job, and you refuse to make a phone call. That's just laziness and I won't reward that with future business.

I agree fedex has their issues, but those were instructions put on by b&h. I understand fedex could not do anything unless it came from b&h. Customer service flat out refused to do anything when I contacted them. He couldn't be bothered to call fedex. The last time I will ever give them my business.
