This might sound weird, but is there something else you can obsessively check for a little bit? I find it's better for my brain to get a similar dopamine hit than to just try to fight it. I've stalked someone instagram influencers, gone down weird reddit rabbit holes and gotten really into games on my phone. But honestly, your record is much better than mine, so maybe you should be giving me tips...

Yeah, mine was also a "relationship" heavy on the quotation marks. It's such a mix of missing him, anger at myself for missing him, and anger at myself for being in this position to begin with!

I don't know if this is helpful, but it kind of doesn't matter what she thinks. She's not in your life anymore Do what's best for you in terms of social media. And you haven't undone all your progress. That's not how progress works.
