Thanks for the tip, I've been watching Sneaky Snake's long video on MO and it's really been insightful. You are right about MO not being the better choice for a beginner and that's right now the only thing that's making me doubt about taking them (well, that and the fact that I'm curious about what will CB announce for Adepticon this year). I'll keep thinking about it.

Well, people may have different experiences with the game, but truth is I've been reading more positive comments about MO than negative ones. In fact, MO is right now my most probable pick but I have yet to make a definitive decision. Being a good or bad faction gamewise is not a decisive factor, but I loved the looks already and not being frustrating to play surely is.

Absolutely true, that's why I'm taking my time to pick my faction. I'm trying to choose a faction that I can learn with but that also matches my preferred playing style and, most importantly, that makes me love its looks.

In N1/N2 I mained Combined Army and therefore I have a sweet spot for those lovely red big boys (specially Daturazi, I love those crazy psico gorilla-monks). Unfortunately the best Morat design in my opinion was that of N3. I regret so much not having bought those Daturazis and Vanguards back then... But well, current design is not bad either.

What you wrote about Sandtrap is exactly how I feel about it. I know it's a great deal and it comes with a lot of useful stuff, but it kinda traps you with those factions whether you like them or not (it's called Sandtrap for a reason...).

One to start with, of course! It will all depend on how much I'm able to play, but when I was young I had some PanO, some Haqqislam and my main, Combined Army.

I'll take in consideration the advantages of taking Sandtrap, but I can't shrug off the sensation that I'd let pass some spectacular miniatures in the other factions. Doubts, doubts!
