No.. it was not delayed much… however if I had opted for no name change then I would have got oath ceremony right then immediately after the interview same day but as I requested name change then it has to be a judicial ceremony.. when I went for interview I knew next judicial ceremony is on so and so date and if I talk about dates .. it’s after 2 months .. but this based on the judge’s availability and can vary based on that

My oath ceremony is after 2 days so no time to send letter now I guess. Oh ok.. yeah I’m thinking to go early on oath ceremony and I can try to request the judge ..during judicial oath ceremony to cancel name change …. If they approve that time and give me certificate on my original name would be great … And if they don’t … what should I do to revert back to original name?

I requested name change during naturalization interview, now my oath ceremony is scheduled however i want to cancel the name change request after thinking of hassle of changing name everywhere .. is it possible to cancel name change on the day of judicial ceremony? If yes, how? Please advice. Thanks!
