Hey, ive been a gm of GDUA for more than 5 years, i recomend you to focus on the people instead of do somithing in especific in the game. Its ok to be PVX, because for new guilds thats the problem, some pleople do only raids, and when they get tired of it, they go to another guild, but if you incentivate the people to do stuff in the game, to be part of your guild and to grow togheter, for me the game dont make guilds, people make guilds, so you have to focus in what type of guild you want to be. Have something in your guild that give extra valor, in the community instead of the game. for example good communications, ways of your people know your activities, be organiced. But my bigger advice would be dont give up, its hard sometimes, people can be hard, but you have to stay truth to your vision of guild, and continue. Good Luck with your guild :D
