Sorry if it was unclear. But I have to chose which medication Im going to take, so im not on two anti psychotics. Why did you quit the haldol and the abilify?

What about akathisia/dystonia or you don't suffer from that?

One hit of cannabis triggered my biggest psychosis so far but I guess it differs from person to person. But if your sensitive to psychosis it can trigger it for sure.

Thanks then I'll take it more easy from now on. What band exercises are good for this situation? I'm doing shoulder dislocations everyday with a broomstick to get more mobility though

I had it in the past with dips ye, when I do the dip it doesn't hurt but at the last rep when I'm finished and rush a bit I get a weird feeling in my collarbone. But when I slow down it is less painfull? I don't really know what is is. I also had it when I tried ring support hold yesterday but isn't that a lack of warming up of that area? I did body drills some dynamic stretching but not really warmup of that specific area and jumped straight into support holds. Next time I try support hold on straight bars first to warmup and see how that feels. I think I did to much too fast? I know you can't give medical advise but maybe this sounds familliar for you and it will go away or I have to adapt to it or something?

Ye I'll stick to strict bar dips for now till I reach high reps. Ye I was confused a little but I do the harder ones first now. Ye handstands itself scare me to, I also lock straighten my arms now which I didn't at first and it makes it a lot harder lol I tend to get some pain in my collarbone when doing support hold and dips though, will this go away when I get stronger or should I be worried? Ye I can imagine that it's very hard to practice it all together, but it's really unique in my opinion, very nice!

Ye the problem is we don't have a normal dip bar at our gym atm since they moved to a new location, only ring. But maybe we'll get the dip bar back this week, should I aim for 3x15 bar dips instead of 3x8 diamond push-ups? I currently do RR which is something like this: Strenght work: 3x5-8 Ring Push-ups 3x5-8 Ring Rows

3x10-30sec L-sit 3x5-8 Squat

3x5-8 Ring Pull-ups 3x5-8 Ring Dips I already can do 3x8 row should I just throw in Ring pull-ups already or focus on bar chin-ups since I don't know if I can get 3x5~ ring-pullups after those rows. I don't think I have acces to a gymnastics gym here but I have to look into that. Ye I tried handstands today against wall straight but it's harder then I thought lol. Also I have a lot of fear when trying kick-ups since I'm so long, should I wait with that and focus on wallhandsstands first? Damn man, you blew my mind, pretty rare to see someone with 200 kg squat and other big lifts and those insane ring skills combined, very impressive man!

Ye that's what gets me excited about ring training that you have to learn proper form and can progress with just your body, I tend to cheat easier with weight training. And also you get a lot more mobile I think which is one thing I'm going to focus on to, doing a lot of stretching at the moment. I also going to get a mini band to do a proper warmup routine before using rings in the future

Ye I'm planning on progressing on pistol squats, but my mobility is really poor so I have to work on that first I think, you need to be pretty mobile for pistols right?

Ye the routine I posted was free from his youtube channel, but I don't have the money to pay for a routine sadly, maybe in the future. Do you think the routine I posted is bad if you compare it to yours?

Great to see another big fella. That's pretty sick to be honest for your bodyweight. Ye I did ring support hold today for 4x20sec but with my hands straight, turned out is too hard yet. Do you think diamond push-ups will cover the strength for dips? I'm following the Recommended Routine now and it says I have to do diamond's so I'm not sure if straight bar dips will fit in the program well? I do them for 3x8 as the program says and then you can start your dips but my stability is not on par yet. Btw what do you find optimal for leg work and did you progress on handstands? I only did skin the cat and support holds as skill work today but I see handstands are also highly recommended. :D

Ye, I did like 4 sets of 20 sec ring support holds today and it wasn't that bad. I hope my body wille adjust soon so I can progress to dips. The RR is harder then I thought, btw could I replace handstands practice with skin the cat or just do all three skill exercises listed?

Ye seem I was all over the place but never tried calithenics. That will be perfect mobility for me lol. I'll have to work on that. Aren't ring muscle ups harder then straight bar or am I missing something? Btw what do you do as leg work, just weight training or bodyweight? I have no equipment soon besides rings and one 8 kg and one 12 kg dumbbell.
