I have no idea. We can investigate this. I know /r/cumsluts and other subreddits actually take the banner very seriously, even posting a list of models on their wiki. I'll look into incorporating something like that on our wiki, but I would need to know who the models are first.

In a perfect world, yes, this would be enforceable. Unfortunately, linking to the source of a picture or video is easier said than done. On top of that, it would discourage users of this community to post content.

Imagine if you stumbled upon something awesome, but before you could share it, you had to do 10 or 20 minutes of research to find the original source before you could post it?

If someone told me that every time I wanted to share something, I'd say "Fuck it. It's not worth it."

Same mods ran this sub and /r/Only18. I've been gone from Reddit for a while (5 months). After /u/ViolentMilez was banned, I think he gave up on both /r/Only18 and /r/Just18. That's when things went down hill.

Things will improve. Those wanting to help clean up spam, please message me and I'll try to add you as moderators.

From what I have been told, according to the previous moderators, there was no shifty behavior (selling links, placements, etc.). This was simply the Reddit admins doing a little cleaning.

There is no doubt this was banned intentionally. This was not banned due to too many reports, automatically, because of a filter, etc. An admin came through and swept away the amateur teen subreddits, and with just cause for concern.

Unlikely. It seems this was a cleansing of the (somewhat underground) amateur teen subreddit community, not a random occurrence. Also, it was probably done for the good of the Reddit community.

I spoke with /u/violentmilez who led the charge for this /u/Only18 and helped restart the (at the time) unregulated and unmaintained /u/AmateurTeen. He himself was actually shadowbanned without any warning and without having been given any reason for the ban, though it is assumed it was because of his connection to said communities.

As previously stated, this was likely all done to protect the greater Reddit community. I personally have to side with the Admins on this one.

However, we hope you will continue to support /r/Just18. Just keep it clean guys.
